Q: How does this site make any money for the company?
A: The site makes money by spreading the cost of the auctioned items across multiple accounts.  If for example 100 people buy a 10 dollar bid pack, we are able to auction a $500 dollar item and still manage to cover shipping, taxes, and any other related expenses and still make enough profit to keep everybody behind the scenes fed.

Q: How is this site different from other auction based websites?
A: One major difference is how the bidding works.  Each time the "Bid" button is pressed; the current amount of the bid is subtracted from your Point Balance.  Regardless of the outcome of the auction; these points are NOT returned to your Point Balance.  They are considered spent.

Q:  Why do I lose my points even if I don't win the auction?
A:  The main reason for this model is to keep our prices as low as possible.  As the price of the auction increases it becomes more expensive for the super bidder(s) to win an auction than the casual bidder.

Q:  How does the site know where to ship items won on the auctions?
A:  Make sure to fill out your physical address & phone number information under your profile.  This is the information used during the fulfillment part of the auction process.  The information will be used to provide updates and ship items once the auction has ended.

Q: I won an auction.  Why didn't I get an e-mail notification?
A: Make sure you check your "Junk Mail" for your notification.  A lot of spam filters may flag this as junk by mistake.
